CRC Group is a real estate developer based in Noida with roots going back to the Chandgi Ram Nawal Kishore Group, which was established by Shri Kidar Nath Bansal in 1985. The CRC real estate business was established in 2006, with Satish Garg playing a key role in building the real estate vertical. Today, Satish Garg serves as Founder and Managing Director, while Kunal Bhalla serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

CRC focuses on residential and commercial real estate, with its strongest presence across Noida, Greater Noida West and Haridwar. The company combines its earlier business experience with a modern real estate approach focused on design, quality, innovation and customer experience.

Its portfolio includes CRC Sublimis, CRC Joyous, CRC Maesta, The Flagship and The Peridona. CRC Sublimis is a residential development in Greater Noida West, while CRC Joyous offers residential homes including duplex formats. CRC Maesta is a premium residential project in Sector 1 Greater Noida West. The Flagship represents the company’s large commercial development focus in Sector 140A Noida.
