Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Property Token & Advance Booking Payments

When purchasing or renting a property in the resale market, buyers or tenants may pay an advance token amount (EOI / Bayana) directly to the property seller or property owner:

• Seller / Owner Payments: Token amounts paid directly into the property owner's bank account are governed strictly by the mutual Agreement to Sell (ATS) or Rent Agreement signed between the buyer/tenant and the owner.
• Refund Terms: In case of transaction cancellation, refund eligibility of the token amount depends on the terms specified in the signed ATS/Receipt agreement between seller and buyer.
• Channel Partner Role: Jaypee Greens Properties acts as an advisory mediator to assist both parties in resolving any deal cancellation amicably.

2. Professional Brokerage & Facilitation Fee

Brokerage or professional consultancy fees (if applicable upon successful deal execution and registry/lease agreement signing) are charged for services rendered:

• Brokerage fees paid to Jaypee Greens Properties for completed transactions are non-refundable once the property lease deed or sale deed has been executed.
• If a transaction fails prior to agreement execution due to legal title defect verified by legal search report, any facilitation fee collected by us will be refunded 100% within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode (NEFT / RTGS / UPI) within 7 to 10 business days from the date of formal cancellation confirmation.
