Gulshan group

Gulshan Group, also known as Gulshan Homz, is a Delhi NCR based real estate developer with a legacy dating back to 1989. The company was founded by Gulshan Nagpal, who started the business with independent homes in East Delhi before expanding into larger residential developments across NCR. Gulshan Nagpal continues to serve as the Founder and Managing Director of the group.

Over more than three decades, Gulshan has focused primarily on residential development, particularly premium and luxury housing. The developer has delivered projects across Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad and other NCR locations, with more than 11.35 lakh square metres of development delivered according to its current company profile.

Some of the better known projects from Gulshan include Gulshan Botnia, Gulshan Bellina, Gulshan Vivante, Gulshan Ikebana, Gulshan One29 and Gulshan Dynasty. Its flagship luxury development, Gulshan Dynasty in Sector 144 Noida, is designed as a premium residential project and has received an IGBC Platinum rating for its sustainability features.
