L&T Realty is the real estate arm of Larsen and Toubro, one of India’s largest engineering and infrastructure groups. L&T established its Realty business in 2007 and formally created L&T Realty as a wholly owned subsidiary in 2011. The company operates with the backing of L&T’s engineering, construction and project management expertise.

L&T Realty develops residential, commercial and retail properties across major Indian cities. Its current presence includes Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi NCR. The company’s portfolio covers premium residential communities, mixed use developments, commercial spaces and large integrated projects.

Some of L&T Realty’s well known projects include Emerald Isle in Powai, Raintree Boulevard in Bengaluru, Seawoods Residences and Seawoods Grand Central in Navi Mumbai, Crescent Bay in Parel and Rejuve 360 in Mulund. Emerald Isle is recognised as one of the company’s flagship residential developments, while Seawoods Grand Central is a major integrated transit oriented development combining transportation, offices, retail and entertainment.

L&T Realty is also expanding its presence in Noida and Delhi NCR, including the L&T Green Reserve project in Sector 128 Noida. The company combines real estate development with L&T’s established capabilities in engineering, construction and infrastructure.
