Saya Homes is a Delhi NCR based real estate developer with around 25 years of experience in the property sector. The group is led by Vikas Bhasin, who has been associated with the company’s growth and development business. Saya has developed a portfolio across Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida West, with a focus on both residential and commercial properties. One of its recognised residential projects is Saya Gold Avenue in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, a luxury development offering 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences and designed by architect Hafeez Contractor. The company’s Saya Zion in Greater Noida West has also received IGBC Green Homes Gold certification. On the commercial side, Saya South X is positioned as a high street retail and lifestyle destination in Greater Noida West.
