Suraksha Group is planning to put another ₹3,000 crore into Jaypee Infratech projects as it works towards completing the towers that are still under construction. The company has set September 2028 as the target to finish the remaining towers.

Since taking over Jaypee Infratech, Suraksha has already spent around ₹1,500 crore to ₹2,000 crore on construction. The pace of spending is currently around ₹80 crore to ₹100 crore every month, according to Sudhir Valia, promoter of Suraksha Group.

“We are confident that we will deliver on time. We are investing ₹80-100 crore every month towards construction,” Valia said.

The company has made progress on a large part of the pending construction. Suraksha said 84 towers with 7,913 dwelling units have been completed, meaning more than half of the planned construction is now done.

For existing buyers, the company said possession has already been offered to around 8,000 homebuyers. More than 5,000 of them have taken possession and started living in their homes. Suraksha also said approximately 1,100 to 1,200 buyers have purchased more than one flat in its projects.

The company is expecting money from several sources to support the remaining construction and future development. It estimates that homebuyers could contribute another ₹1,800 crore to ₹2,000 crore. It also expects around ₹500 crore each during 2026, 2027 and 2028 from Yamuna Expressway toll collections.

Another major source of funds will be the company's unsold inventory. Suraksha expects to generate nearly ₹2,500 crore through the sale of around 2,000 unsold units.

The company said its priority over the last two years has been to accelerate construction and improve delivery for existing homebuyers. In July 2026 alone, it received around ₹50 crore from homebuyers.

At the same time, Suraksha is looking beyond the completion of the existing Jaypee projects. The company is preparing a new development pipeline covering Noida and the Yamuna region, with plans to bring back unsold inventory as well as launch fresh projects.

The upcoming pipeline is expected to include premium, luxury and ultra luxury residential projects, along with plotted residential and industrial developments in areas such as Wishtown, Sector 151 and the Yamuna region.

Suraksha is also setting up a precast facility in the Yamuna region, which the company expects will help improve construction speed, quality and execution in its upcoming developments.

A larger township plan is also taking shape. Suraksha intends to develop three integrated townships spread across approximately 465 acres. These include Suraksha City of the Ganges on about 256 acres, Suraksha Enterprise City on around 85 acres and Suraksha Yamuna Smart City across nearly 124 acres.

Jash Panchamia, executive director of Jaypee Infratech, said the company believes the progress made so far puts it in a position to enter its next phase of growth. He said more than 50% of construction has been completed and the remaining deliveries are progressing according to the stipulated timelines.
