Jaypee Jade Court was developed by Jaiprakash Associates Limited through its Jaypee Greens real estate division. Jaypee Greens Greater Noida was one of the group’s earlier golf-centric township developments.

Jaiprakash Associates later entered the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The NCLT approved the resolution plan submitted by Adani Enterprises in March 2026, and implementation of the approved plan commenced through designated Adani Group implementing agencies on May 21, 2026.

Jaypee Jade Court is currently a resale-driven project. Fresh developer inventory has not been confirmed, and availability depends on individual owners placing their apartments on the market. Buyers looking for a resale property in Greater Noida should therefore check the specifications, condition and documentation of each available Jade Court unit separately.
