Pricing and Payment Plan

At launch, buyers could choose between the Installment Linked Payment Plan (ILPP) and the Partial Down Payment Plan (PDP). Possession was scheduled within six months from allotment, along with a two-month grace period.

Maintenance charges for the first year were ₹5 per sq. ft. per month, while a refundable Interest-Free Maintenance Deposit (IFMD) was also applicable.
