Jaypee Greens Boomerang Clubhouse, officially presented as The Boomerung Complex, is a lifestyle and recreation complex located within Jaypee Greens Wish Town, Sector 128, Noida. Golf-Course Setting and Access

Jaypee Greens Boomerang Clubhouse is located within the golf-oriented part of Wish Town and is surrounded by landscaped greens.

However, the location of the clubhouse near the golf course should not be treated as automatic golf-playing rights. Golf access, usage charges, and playing rights depend on the applicable membership terms.

Jaypee Greens Boomerang Clubhouse Membership and Access

A lifetime membership figure of approximately ₹28.60 lakh has been associated with Boomerang Clubhouse by Jaypee, including GST and security deposit.

Some facilities also allow separate guest access or bookings, including restaurants, the Aquavia Swimming Pool and event spaces.

Note:- Membership charges, transfer conditions and facility access may change. Property buyers should therefore confirm whether membership is attached to a particular Wish Town property, transferable from the existing owner or payable separately.
