Project Update – Taken over by Suraksha Group

A major positive development for homebuyers is that Jaypee The Orchards has now been taken over by Suraksha Group. Following the insolvency proceedings of Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the resolution plan submitted by Suraksha Group, and the management and completion responsibility of several Jaypee projects, including Jaypee The Orchards Noida, has been transferred to Suraksha Group.

Under the approved resolution framework, Suraksha Group is responsible for completing the pending construction, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring delivery of the remaining units to homebuyers. The takeover is being monitored under the directions of the insolvency resolution process and in coordination with the relevant authorities, including UP RERA (UPRERAPRJ3820), providing greater confidence and transparency for existing buyers and prospective investors.

Project Status & Possession

• Project Launch Year: 2010

• Expected Possession: Phase-wise possession is expected after completion of the remaining construction by Suraksha Group, subject to approvals and the approved resolution plan. (An official tower-wise possession schedule is yet to be announced.)
